Pretty cool and interesting. Flexible way of knowing someone. It was great. Work related questions. Background and interests were asked. Friendly way of knowing someone no pressures. I was amazed by their cultural diversity

Interview
The interview was 9 situational questions. I was interviewed by 3 managers and they didn't ask me any other questions other than the situational questions. They were all very nice. At the end I asked if I could give my spill about why I wanted to go there and they were ok with that.
