2 interviews - one with HR and one with the manager. The first one was the screening round, and only then would the resume be forwarded to the managers who had vacancies on their teams
Behavioral interview. It was a virtual interview and I was asked various questions about the company and my own experience. My programming experience and how it can influence the company.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FedEx (New York, NY)

Applied online and received an email a few months later to set up a phone or on-site interview. The interview took about an hour and was behavioral questions. Received an offer one week later!
