FedEx Customer Service Associate interview questions

filled application on line recieved a call that day phone interview n 3 days and interview with Gm and store manager. Said they would call back in 2 weeks still waiting for a phone call I hope it was not misleading and very much want this job Gm said she will call in 2 weeks and next step is drug and background check

3 rounds of interview. first was telephonic and second was aptitude test and at last hr round. interview was totally easy. basic questions asked about myself, previous experience, how you handle angry customer etc etc
