I interviewed at Fayette County Public Schools (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
I applied online last year. After submitting the application, I received an email saying I had to complete a background check and send them the results. I did that and got a response saying my background check was accepted. After that, nothing. It's pretty frustrating to have to essentially have to pay to apply here and not even get a generic rejection email. Why is this something you require for a non-teaching position before you decide if you are even going to interview someone???

The interview was formal and to the point. They asked me questions about my teaching style and how well I knew the content. Overall, it was thorough and I enjoyed my time there,
