It was quick, just 2 interviews. the human resources generalist was veery nice and ameanable, the process in general took around 2 months for me to get hired. As for my preicous manager he did know a lot about the area, was flexible at times but delivered too much on their team, sometimes it felt like support wasn´t there. As for the interview with the manger, was very good , he actually asked for my hobbies outside work time, which was rare for me until that time. What they dind´t tell me was how demanding the job was going to be and that there was a very serious issue on management.
