Interview
It was very thorough and tested our technical skills to the core. It made us think out of the box and tested how we withstood pressure. The technical test for screening was purely technical. The group discussion was innovative.
Difficult process , was 3 or 4 stages of interviews , so you really have to have the time and patience for it but outstanding company where you can learn a lot

Interview
Initial phone interview to describe position. On site interview with manager. Walked around entire plant for over an hour. Shook my hand and said they’d be in touch. Never heard from them again. This place will ghost you. Imagine how they treat their actual employees. Funny they had an “urgently hiring” sign out front.
