The interview process was long and drawn out. I quickly learned that there was a lot of mean-girl attitudes toward it. After getting to the third interview, I left with a really bad taste in my mouth, especially after they had asked me "on a scale of 1 - 10, how likely are you going to go cry in the bathroom after a bad client meeting?" A question like that, and the giggles that followed it from the company's founder and the other team members showed that they do not value their employees, or their employees mental health.
