Interview
Initial interview included a test with questions on wine, liquor, cocktail, pasta, and general food knowledge. Then a short interview with the bar manager. After that, a week or so later, a brief interview with the FOH manager and the district manager. I also had to complete a stage/trial shift behind the bar.
