Interview
It's not hard interviewers are nice. Interview questions are not very hard, basically ask you why do you think you are a good fit to the position and some behavioral questions you can find from the internet.
I had an "informal" interview with Farms.com via Skype. I think they thought it was informal because they were using Skype, but there was really nothing informal about it. There were two people interviewing me -- the editor and an HR woman -- and they didn't know how to use the computer so that they were both on-screen at the same time; the HR woman was actually only partially in front of the camera, so I didn't actually get to see her face much when she would ask questions. Some of the questions that were asked were ridiculous. To see if I was passionate about grammar, they asked me if I liked to correct my friends' grammar. It's one thing for your mother and/or your teacher to do that but, for a friend, I think that's rude. And the question, definitely out of touch.
