My interview experience was relaxed, albeit disjointed. The members of the management team with whom I interviewed were friendly and personable. Nevertheless, the interview felt disjointed. It appeared that upon entering the room, that none of them knew which position I was interviewing for. Additionally, as the interview progressed, it also became apparent that they hadn't developed a concise checklist of criteria that they were looking for in a candidate.
