I applied online. I interviewed at Farm Boy (Etobicoke, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was conducted entirely over the phone because of the public health situation surrounding COVID-19, which meant there were no in-person meetings. Despite the unavoidable shift to a remote, digital format, the structure itself followed the usual interview process, including the typical stages like initial screening, skill assessments, and final discussions.
It was a really good experience overall. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and all the tasks were completed on time without any delays. The process was well-managed and organized, which made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciate how seamlessly everything was handled.
