I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fannie Mae in Dec 2017
Interview
Simple - One round and they hired me on the spot. Interviewer asked about my resume, he was very interesting in my personal projects, and spoke on the direction of Fannie Mae.
First round is behavioral - 25 to 30 minutes, asking about yourself, strenghts, weaknesses
Second round is behavioral/technical - no coding questions but whatever is put on resume is fair game.

Final round wasn't too easy honestly. No Leetcode, but after ~10 mins of Fannie Mae and behavioral, the tech trivia was very in depth. It was all doable though. Ended the interview with a riddle question not related to computer science.
