Process took 2 days. I filled out my application online, and was called that same day. I went in for an interview the very next day and was offered the position.
During the interview process, first you were asked to take a computer test testing your competency with entering information and listening to recorded people saying their name and addresses. There was also a multiple choice quiz with different scenarios that tested your customer service. If you passed these tests, you went on to the interview with the hr manager.
The interview was very general.. Why do you want to work at Faneuil etc etc.
After I was offered the position, I accepted. I had to take a saliva drug test the same day. HR manager let me know they would be running a background check. Started training in just a few days.
Phone interview with basic questions about past experiences. Very simple and easy process and doesn’t take much to get hired during peak call season. Overall a good experience and efficient process

It was easy but they had to reschedule my interview 3 times due to management. I think it went well ,they had a list of interview question. But overall it was easy to answer the questions

Asked only a few questions about availability for the program, And was informed the position was seasonal. Was offered the job, but declined was looking for something that wasn't seasonal.
