      Sales Interview

      Jun 29, 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FanDuel

      Interview

Process was fairly quick. Spoke to HR and then hiring manager. Got a final interview with a panel and needed to do a project (took me 12+ hours). Presented project in an hour and a half interview. Was told I would receive feedback/next steps in a few weeks. Two days later (on a Saturday afternoon), I received a generic HR rejection letter. Had to follow up with HR to make sure I didn't receive in error and she vaguely let me know the team decided to pursue other people. Followed up with hiring manager for feedback so I can improve and was ignored. At least they made it clear that this is a company I do NOT want to work for, ever. A really poor way to let someone know you do not value their time.
