The interview process took place during Covid so everything was done via phone or video call. I was contacted by HR with interest in an interview and did an initial phone screen. From there I had three video calls with members of the team. There were large gaps of time (sometimes weeks) between interviews and communication was not great in scheduling the interviews. I felt like I had to constantly follow up to move things along. Everyone I interviewed with was nice and seemed like they would be great to work with. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up, especially toward the end of the process when it seemed like an offer would be coming and the HR person completely ghosted me after telling me she would have an update the next day. The entire process from start to finish was a little over two months.
