I was extremely nervous as I always am before an interview, but after meeting the NP, who actually interviewed me personally, I felt very comfortable. She was very friendly and actually hired me on the spot.

Interview
Found the posting through my college and submitted an application online. The office manager called me about 3 hours later to set up an interview. Because I was in the middle of finals, I had to postpone the interview for a week. My initial (only!) interview was with the owner/practitioner, and they said they would get back to me after they interviewed the other candidates. A week later, I got the call, with a base offer.
