Very casual. I have a background in multi-level marketing and sales and am knowledgeable about the industry. They told me that your success in this business depends on you and how much work and time you put in. If you work hard, they said the sky is the limit.

No questions really. The person I spoke with did much of the talking about the advantages of working for FFL. I asked quite a few questions, including about getting fresh leads that aren't recycled.
