Applied online and was sent an email. The email asked for copies of references to be sent and had the interview date & time. Interview wasn't like a normal interview and didn't have normal questions more like an intergation of expiernece. It was 20 minute interview and without prior notice had to work on the busy shop floor for an hour. The person who interviewed me was very blunt & kept cutting across me when I began to answer questions so I couldn't answer questions sufficiently
