Faith in Public Life interview questions

I spoke on the phone with Jennifer, the CEO. It was a pleasant conversation in which both participants asked and answered questions. The interview went on for about 90 minutes with a lot of information coming from both sides. I felt that it was truly a conversation about what I could bring to the position and what the position would entail rather than being grilled about how I fit with them.
