Faith Comes By Hearing interview questions

The interview consisted of a variation of the Purdue Pegboard Test and O'Connor Finger Dexterity Test, followed by questions about faith, personal history, and appropriate questions related to the position.

The process involved multiple interviews during which I got to meet the entire team and interact with some of the leadership. There was no coding portion; only questions to determine how you break down problems. I enjoyed how thorough and immersive it was.
