Faith Academy interview questions

The interview is clear and very personal. Questions are asked around your calling to serve God and how well prepared are you for the position. What is your teaching background, training, etc. Various questions are asked about practical theology and what you believe about sexuality, gender, marriage and various Christian doctrines.
