Hiring manager screen- I was under prepared but the hiring manager was very cold and just kept repeating "anything else" over and over. Interestingly a friend of mine also interviewed with a different hiring manager and had an identical experience specifically with the robotic "anything else" repetition.

Interview
The whole process took several weeks including an initial recruiter screen, hiring manager call, take home test and several virtual onsite with the leadership team. The interview process was hard and it's clear S&A team had a high bar for new hires. The recruiter was very helpful during the process and gave guidance when needed
Somewhat lengthy and challenging interview process heavy on case study components. 5 rounds total including a recruiter call, hiring manager interview, take-home project, 5-round virtual offsite (~3 hours total), and final round executive + technical interview.
Recruiting team was communicative, understanding, and flexible. Gave plenty of preparation and even tips for each round so that I knew what to expect.
