Faircount Media interview questions

Very quick, didn't even look at my resume before offering me the job. I dressed for success and was myself, Wayne the COO is a great guy at first glance. He will sell you on believing in him and the company.

It was more probing about prior sales experience. They run you through a gauntlet of sales managers. Most of these guys couldn't couldn't conduct an interview for a McDonald's dishwasher, but they tried. I guess they're more interested in seeing of they want the new hire on their sales team. I wish they'd asked "Sell me this pen." or "What sales methodology do you subscribe to?", or "describe your biggest win and why?"
