I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fahrenheit IT (Boulder, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
They asked the usual questions based off resume, but seemed to think that Jira and agile experience were more important than actual development skills. I spoke to 2 recruiters and neither seemed to have any idea of what tech is relevant to web development. One continued to mistake JavaScript for Java. Ultimately they decided I did not have enough experience to even forward my resume to the client, but have since hounded me via phone and email every month for other positions, that are often in areas I have no experience with.

Question 1
How many years of experience did I have with agile?
