The CEO interviewed me for about an hour. He was going through my CV in detail and asking me questions about my current role, previous positions, expectations from the new job and career ambitions. The next stage in the interview process would have been to meet the implementation team. I did not go through the next stage. The feedback highlighted my negatives which were not necessary for this position.
