First I received an email. Then a phone screening. Then it ended with an in-person interview. Overall, the process took about two weeks. After receiving the offer, I was asked to do a drug screen.

Interview
I had 2 interviews. The first one was basically getting to know you and going over work history. The second interview was with 2 people and was pretty much the same format. Not a hard interview at all but I also had a lot of experience in the job I was being interviewed for.

There really wasn't any questions that were difficult. They asked where I seen myself in 5 years. That is always difficult to answer. They asked what I could do to make the company better.
