Interview process was very relaxed and straight forward, asked me about my experience with excel, data-entry, customer service and how knowledgeable I was with computers and then told me about the company culture and what I would be doing day in and day out

The process was a little drawn out. Was told a decision would be made multiple times. Interview process went well though. I went through two different interviews. Seems like a good place to work.
