      Account Executive Interview

      Jun 8, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FVM in Jan 2010

      Interview

Nothing too challenging. Was asked about my previous work experience and how that may relate to this job. They seemed small but full of big plans and that made the position sound exciting. Was asked about challenges I've had in other offices and how I resolved those challenges. I was specifically asked about how I felt the best way of growing a client relationship is. I met with a hiring manager and one of the original founders.
