I applied for the position through an agency and heard back from them very quickly however as this was just before Christmas there wasn't chance of an interview straight away. After Christmas I had an interview request with FT. I completed an initial assessment consisting of drafting a contract and letter to an employee (took 30 mins) and then met with the HR team for the interview stage (took about 45 mins). I was then offered position the very same day. They sent the contract over first thing Monday (I interviewed late on Friday) All in all, the process was very quick, efficient and since joining the company all inductions, health and safety training etc. has been provided.
