FSSI interview questions

Process was thorough. Traditional one on one interviews with various team meme era I would be interacting with. Since I was pre-screened with my resume, I was provided ample opportunities to display my soft skills and to see if I would be a great fit. Got to learn more about the business culture and leadership styles of the executives. I was able to ask all my questions about the company and what were the expectations of my performance.

Process took 2 weeks, started with a phone screen with HR talking about my skills, goals, personality. Was invited to an on-site interview where I met the hiring managers and talked more about myself and the role. The design lead and other person I've interviewed with and HR were all very nice and very welcoming. They answered all my questions about the company in detail.
