The interview process at FRAMOS was genuinely one of the most chill and pleasant experiences I’ve had. The interviewers really took the time to introduce the company, the team, and the overall culture. It felt more like a conversation than a interview. You could tell they put effort into making candidates feel comfortable while also being transparent about what it’s like to work there. The focus was clearly on cultural fit, which I appreciated. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish.

For me it was a nice and straight forward 3 stage interview. I found all three interviewers very friendly and low stress. They/the HR team were also very fast with feedback after each stage- updating me well within the advised time period for feedback.
