FMC Talent interview questions

A lot of questions relating to school decisions. Not many questions relating to recent experience. I thought it was a formal interview but was more informal and slightly judgmental at times. Questions were asked why I didn’t want to go onto further education, was asked is this where you want to be when you left school. Overall I fount the questions confusing for the job role.
