The interview process was with a third party. HR was super professional. BUT, the questions they asked were more about Solution Architect level job descriptions, initial contact, and even the salary for a Senior Developer. The rejection reason is: not having enough architecture experience... again job description, salary, and all discussions were about a SENIOR DEVELOPER role, not Solution Architect!

The process was very long and time consuming, four rounds of interviews got to an offer for them to offer me less than I was already being paid. Also I was initially supposed to be remote due to distance and then they changed it to onsite during the offer, which was impossible. Poor experience overall.
