The HR can do better. Please communicate with your candidates if they have gone through applying for the job and multiple interviews. On a side note, a lousy job posting - one job decryption for multiple experience levels, possibly they don't know what they are looking for. If the recruiting process is in any way a reflection of the work culture, I might have dodged a bullet (and according to the most recent reviews, it looks like I have). One last word of advice-remember that your applicants can be your future clients.
