The first part which was approxamitely 15 minutes he asked me HR questions, in the second part he asked me technical questions, in the last part he asked questions like what is your salary expectations

Had an initial interview with a software engineer which is pretty uncommon for a first interview (usually it's with a recruiter/HR). It went well, he was so friendly and communicative. He asked some basic non-technical questions and I think I answered them well, but got a rejection about 10 days later.
The company seems good tho, it's a shame I didn't make it to the next stage
