Horrible. An engineer will spend and invest valuable time over a number days working on a take home assignment that never even gets setup or tested and you get a very bland email response without any feedback that unfortunately we won't be moving on with the process. This is evil.
How do you let another person spend so much time on a piece of work in an interview process and not even have the decency to set it up and run it and provide feedback.
Tech companies need to stop this crap.

Very efficient, comfortable, and supportive! Quick screening call with HR, call with department head, call with another leader in the department, call with a lead from creative. All happened within the same week. Offer was made the following week.

No unexpected questions for a PM interview. Straightforward. It was clear they cared a lot about soft skills and cultural fit as well, which was appreciated.

The process was lengthy; however, each person I met was respectful thoughtful and open. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with a variety of roles given the collaborative nature of advertising.
The only downside was that the offer presented was a freelance role instead of the full-time role I was anticipating. After I declined the freelance offer, they came back with a full-time offer.
