When i first started it was done in person and in group. But now is done over the phone. It is much easier and faster and now you can feel more comfortable.

Question 1
If any years of experience and how did I feel about over time
Easy and Smooth once you’re selected. You get called in to the facility and the process is less than 20 minutes. Management will throughly explain the ins and outs, as well as salary.
You apply online and then they will email to set up a phone interview. If that goes well, they will set up a face to face. After that it can take up to a couple of weeks before you hear back on whether you got the job.
