Interview
A video interview and in-person conversational interview. Very relaxed and easy to have a talk with. Come prepared with experience of what you did and how you did it. Otherwise, no curve balls or stereotypical question-answer style interview.

Interview
I was courted by the company and had 3 interviews with the last one being “an onsite interview” with 5 people. I’ve been doing this for a long time… And I hear of a lot of companies ghosting applicants… But I was specifically told I would be contacted. Everyone that I spoke to was at the senior level in their area of expertise… Never in my wildest dreams did I expect this? In my 27 years of practicing HR this is the first time I’ve ever been ghosted like this especially after a third interview. . I am very disappointed in the process. This was one of my top companies… I would’ve preferred to be Given a thank you, but no thank you email at least. The interview process consisted of emails, LinkedIn conversations, phone calls and text. I followed up twice With the recruiting manager and once with the hiring manager and I have not heard a peep.
