FEP Executive Search interview questions

This is a review on my experience interviewing for a role they were recruiting for, not an interview working directly for FEP. The FEP recruiter reached out to me as they found me on LinkedIn. Once we talked and they submitted my resume there was zero follow-up. Doubt I would use them as a recruiter.
