I can say it was super easy & very simple!
I wouldn’t say it was overall a interview, they were really just explaining the position. Also asked if you would be able to deploy or not.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FEMA (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview was a 3-person panel phone interview. The panelists asked thoughtful questions and provided good information about the position. They were willing to answer my questions and came from various positions in the organization.
