First round: with head of Quant team. Non technical, mostly asked about my experience and described the team and the company. Second round: Take home assignment with one week to complete. The questions on this were nice and it gave a good idea on the type of work the team does. Third round: Onsite. First interview two interviewers went through my take home assignment. This was a great learning experience as the interviewers were quite thorough in their assessment. Second interview was behavioral with a MD and another Quant Analyst.
