A slow process, was contacted for an interview several months after applying. In 3 interviews, my general experience was that the interviewers are never prepared, to the point that they do not know any information on your resume. Be prepared to walk them through your resume, e.g., what is your current job, what city do you work in, etc. Some interviewers will ask relatively challenging and/or personal questions. Then they will ghost you. One even looked me up on LinkedIn after a call-back interview and hiring another applicant, but never sent me a form rejection email. The FCC offers good salaries and job security, but the people aren't great.
