The role I applied was Mandarin speaking Customer Service Representative, so she asked me based on my past experiences, what is the biggest difference between approaching Asian market and customers comparing with approaching the North American and European customers; what cultural differences do you think influence them? She also asked me what does customer service means to me.

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.
