Conversation with the owner, 1 to 1, when he asked me about my skills, my professional goals, my experience, did some quick tests to know more how I would react in different situations.

The interview process happened in certain steps. First I took a class to meet the current coaches and test the environment to see if I would like it. Next, I was interviewed by the head trainer and the owner. Then I had to pass a fitness test.

Quick and easy! I have done quite a few interviews with various F45 studios. All of which have been pretty relaxed and give you a great sense of the leadership you will receive from owners or studio manager.
