Face to face interview with team lead/architect on two occasions. First was to understand skills and experience, the second was to run over some scenarios and technical questions. Once that went well there was a reference check and soon after was an offer.

Initial discussion: General chat about yourself Second Technical Interview: Scenario given and discussion as the how to solve the scenario. From there a discussion is had with head office and if they are interested they will ask for references and then give an offer.
