Interview
Spoke with the recruiter via email initially, and he liked my background, so we had the typical phone screening, followed by a code interview. Presumably after an OK code interview, had an interview with the Director of Software.

Question 1
The questions were very thoughtfully selected, and the interviewer was quick to provided feedback after each question. I really appreciated this, because I came away with a more precise idea of my performance than I typically would.
