It was more of getting to know your personality and mindset. They asked your view on a certain topic to test your point of view and to evaluate the way you cope with the question.

Interview
First had a screening Phone call from HR, had a Face to Face interview at Fawley followed by some technical test which wasn’t so bad. The interview was done by two people, my hiring manager and someone I was going to work with. I believe afterwards I had lunch with my future colleagues and they described what my future role will be. Overall it was a relaxed interview.
