A brief (~25 minute) telephone call to discuss the role and yourself, followed by face to face with a technical test. The face to face involved an hour long technical test which was watched remotely. A task list was set out with limited instructions and you had to complete as much as possible. Things like joining servers to a domain. After this there would be a more traditional interview where a couple of the team would ask you questions.
