Pretty straightforward. Was asked to submit a writing assignment based on a question by the recruiter. Once submitted, received acceptance and was offered position as a freelance contract writer. Good place for freshers to get experience. But cannot commit as a full time profession due to poor pay levels

Pretty straight-forward writing assignment submission. Difficulty level - Medium. Online interview process. No In-person interview. Performing well in the writing assignment is the key. Give importance to formatting, the audience (given in the assignment) who will read the writing.

Other than the writing assignment, there was no formal interview via phone call or video call. The importance is given to being able to read given instructions and following them precisely. Best suited for independent contractors as a part-time job.
