Excellent interview process. YOu must rely on cold calling and not the appointments that are set. good company if you are willing to cold call. Good news is that you can start right away. Go thruogh a little training and you are all set. Shouldnt take more then few days to get going.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted within 48 hours. The first call is made by one of their HR representatives at their office in Plano, TX. It seems fairly straightforward - if they call you, you've essentially been chosen based off of your resume and representative is most likely judging your character. After a brief discussion they'll want to know if you're willing to move forward after you've learned what they tell you about the in-depth details of the position. Afterwards you can expect a few email/document exchanges with a higher manager and information on the training.
